Panoptic Philosophy

To offer our clients the right funding solution as chosen by them and in the most cost effective way
It is extremely important to Panoptic that there is a very high degree of trust generated between us and our Clients. For the Panoptic process to generate maximum results we need to team up and work together.
Transparency and honesty on both sides builds mutual high trust and is the key to the success of the clients funding solution.
We have a Fixed Fee Engagement Letter, Consulting Agreement and Letter of Authority to ensure that the process and "spirit of agreement" is understood before any sensitive issues are discussed and work undertaken:
- 1. Engagement Letter - this is a generic agreement letter that is used in conjunction with a covering email to confirm what type of fix you are paying us for. Most engagements are agreed on a fixed fee basis but can be on hourly rate or one off fees.
- 2. Consulting Agreement - are used for Bespoke Fix's only and where situations are highly fluid and unpredictable. It explains the scope of services offered, daily or hourly rates, payment options and terms, spirit of agreement, disclaimers, notice periods and on-going support options.
- 3. Letter of Authority - designed to be transposed onto your company letterhead and gives your authority to all funders that Panoptic can negotiate directly with them on your behalf. The Letter of Authority forms part of the Consulting Agreement but can also be effective as a standalone document where required.
